The World Economic Forum website has reposted an article about UNIDO entitled “Manufacturing firms shouldn’t fear the true cost of fuel. Here’s why“. The study showed that, by reducing subsidies for fossil fuels, higher fuel prices in the market could contribute significantly to reducing industrial CO2 emissions and pollution through changes in the behavior of manufacturers.
