Mr. Wesonga’s Profile

Mr. Wesonga is in charge of policy at Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA). Also as a liaison officer of East African Business Council (EABC), he provides the private sectors accurate information mainly on economic policies and legislation in East African Community (EAC).

Mr. Wesonga’s Activities in Japan

Mr. Wesonga had bilateral meetings with Japanese prospect/existing investors and offered tailored information to each companies and associations on the latest business trends in EAC, focusing on advantages of EAC as one integrated area covering Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi. He also attended UNIDO Seminar (14 May, Tokyo) at which 2 EABC businessmen gave presentations about investment opportunities in EAC.
