UNIDO ITPO Tokyo participated in the “16th Kawasaki International Eco-Tech Fair”, held on 15-16 November 2023 at Culttz Kawasaki. 

At the UNIDO booth, Japanese companies and individuals to had the chance to hold individual meeting with environmental experts from Bangladesh and Vietnam to discuss business opportunities and environmental issues in both countries. The two experts also presented the current status and needs related to waste and water treatment in their home country in the “Southeast Asia Intercity Cooperation Forum” on 16 November 2023.

Furthermore, the UNIDO booth also promoted the “Sustainable Technology Promotion Platform (STePP)”, which aims to assist the transfer of Japan’s sustainable technologies to developing and emerging countries.
