The African Development Bank Pre-TICAD7 Knowledge Event was held in Tokyo on 26 September 2018. The theme of event was human capital and industrial development in Africa.
Following a keynote lecture by Mr. Keijiro Otsuka, Professor of Graduate School of Economics at Kobe University, the panel discussion was carried out along with the theme of human capital and industrial development as well as “Kaizen” in Africa. From UNIDO ITPO Tokyo, Mr. Yuko Yasunaga, Head of UNIDO ITPO Tokyo, and UNIDO’s advisor Mr. Tadesse Dadi Segni took part in the panel discussion.
