Technology for Useful Output
Shinko Tecnos Co., Ltd.’s Hydrothermal Treatment processes waste materials by making it react with high-temperature and high-pressure steam (Max 230℃/ 3Mph) inside the reactor. After about a half hour of treatment, the result is a germ-free, useful output ranging from solid fuel and fertilizer to liquid fertilizer or livestock food.
This is an ideal product for use in developing countries, where they rarely have the opportunity to turn waste into fuel or other usable product. This technology is a solution to convert waste into a resource. Using only water and nothing else, the simple process uses heat to cause decomposition. The final result does not cause pollution.
While the final product depends on the processed material, there is no disputing the usefulness of this technology. Here are the types of applicable waste: Municipal solid waste, Household garbage, Sludge, Animal droppings.
The process essentially starts by mixing food waste, then the mixed food waste will be loaded into the reactor, undergoes 30 minutes of treatment, and emerges as the desired product.

To reduce running costs, it is possible to install a special boiler using this machine’s product as a fuel. Although some final products simply can’t be utilized as a fuel due to their low calorific value.

Each process is fairly quick, taking just 2.5 to 3.5 hours per process. The easy maintenance checks and operation management processes are easy to learn and apply.
IV. Versatility
The final product can be used in many different ways, such as solid fuel, solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer or livestock food. Solid fuel can generate electricity. The process can be applied to many types of unused resources, also known as waste. Materials that can be treated include municipal solid waste, medical waste, chicken droppings, cow dung, pig droppings, lunch waste, vegetables, fruits, fish meat, fish work residue, sludge, and household garbage.
Shinko Tecnos Co., Ltd.’s machine uses high-pressure and high-temperature steam. Therefore, caution must be taken in order to operate the machine. The company plans to offer on-site training to local operators to help them learn how to operate the machine in a safe manner.

Conceivable risk
This machine is using high pressure and temperature steam. Therefore, operation must be carefully done. (We will provide onsite trainings to the local operators for a few weeks in order to operate the machine together with the customers and provide an operation manual).

Direct Investment
We are looking for local investors who want to invest for our waste treatment project(s).
Partnership
We are looking for local partners, who can take responsibility for the financial investment, setting up, commissioning and trial operation of our machine. At the initial implementation stage, we would send a supervisor from Japan to the local plant site. In return, we would ask our local partners to send their workers to the plant site. In the end, we would like our local partners to operate, manage and maintain the plant.
