The UNIDO Industrial Development Report (IDR) 2018 Launch Event will be held on Wednesday, 18 April 2018 at the United Nations University in Tokyo.
UNIDO publishes “Industrial Development Report (IDR)” on the occasion of UNIDO General Conference every two years. The launch event in Tokyo will focus on the highlights of the recently published IDR 2018.
UNIDO officials will present the analyses of IDR 2018, followed by panel session represented by experts from research institutes and academia. The roles of demand for manufacturing to be played in the context of inclusive and sustainable industrial development will be discussed.
