UNIDO ITPO Tokyo organized a capacity building programme for embassy diplomats in Tokyo to visit the Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation (MFTBC), Kawasaki Plant, on 25 September 2014, in collaboration with Kawasaki City and Daimler in Japan (Mercedes Benz Japan, Daimler Financial Service Japan and MFTBC).
The programme aims to introduce the latest Japanese manufacturing and environment-related technologies to diplomatic corps in Japan and enhance the dialogue among foreign diplomats, Japanese companies and municipalities.
18 embassies participated in the programme.
