UNIDO Tokyo hosted Mr. Luqman MAMUDU, Director of Policy and Planning Department of National Automotive Council (NAC) of Nigeria, as an investment promotion expert from 6 to17 September 2010.

Mr. Mamudu has been in charge of all aspects of policy and planning on automotive industry in Nigeria since he joined NAC in 1994. While in Japan, Mr. Mamudu introduced the latest investment climate and promote the automotive sector, such as auto parts and recycling, through individual meetings with the private sector and other relevant organizations.
