UNIDO ITPO Tokyo hosted Mr. KY Seng Hoir, Assistant to the Minister of Industry, Mines & Energy of Cambodia as an investment promotion officer from 20 July to 3 August 2011.

After working for the Ministry of Commerce and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Phnom Penh, Mr. KY joined the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy in 2010 to take up his current post. While in Japan, Mr. KY introduced the latest investment climate and business opportunities in the country through individual meetings with the Japanese private sector and other relevant organizations in Tokyo and Osaka. Mr. KY also made a presentation at the “Cambodia Investment Seminar” in Tokyo on 29 July.
