On Thursday, August 29, 2019, the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in Japan and UNIDO ITPO Tokyo jointly organized the “Tunisia-Japan Business Forum” as an official side event of the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) in Yokohama.

Following the seminar on investment and business opportunities in Tunisia held this February, the Embassy organized another event to introduce business environment in Tunisia on the occasion of TICAD7. The forum was opened by H.E. Mr. Elloumi, Ambassador of Tunisia to Japan, and followed by speeches and a panel discussion where Mr. Yasunaga, Head of UNIDO ITPO Tokyo gave a presentation on recent UNIDO’s activities and programmes to promote investment in Tunisia.
