Model GS Single-Stage End Suction Pump

Model GS Single-Stage End Suction Pump

EBARA CORPORATION

Highly Efficient and Versatile Suction Pump that Delivers Water and an Enriched Lifestyle to Regions and Communities in Need

E

nsuring reliable access to water remains a pressing issue in many countries. The disparity in water distribution and the lack of infrastructure pose significant obstacles to communities and industries striving for sustainable development. Limited access to water hampers not only the health and well-being of populations but also impedes economic progress, such as irrigation for factories and supply to factories. Against this backdrop, innovative solutions are essential to address the diverse water-related challenges different regions face.

The model GS is a suction pump used in various applications that can address water distribution and access issues in developing countries, including transporting liquids used in construction equipment, factories, and agriculture. The model GS achieves world-class high efficiency and complies with international standards, making it possible to solve water problems that vary by country and region and minimize energy usage.

    Competitive advantage

Model GS series is the global standard model that combines the knowledge and technology which Ebara Corporation has brushed up for many years as a comprehensive pump manufacturer. Pumps produced by Ebara Corporation cover a wide range of usages, from freshwater to chemical liquid. They also ensure both reasonable and economical quality.

The unique impellers developed with state-of-the-art technology achieve the world’s top-class efficiency, whilst the new design facilitates easy maintenance and safety and an extended lifecycle.

This allows the model GS to deliver stunning solutions to every application and occasion.

    Performance

The casing and impeller are components of the model GS pump, which minimize internal losses using the latest tools such as CFD analysis (CFD: Computational Fluid Dynamics) and 3D inverse solving. It has the highest pump efficiency and performance level that meets the pump efficiency regulations enforced in Europe, China, the United States, and other countries. As shown in the CFD analysis results below, the inside of the pump is designed to suppress loss, such as peeling.

Key test results and specifications include:

    • Liquid temperature:-10℃ to 140℃
    • Capacities: To 1300m3/hr (50Hz), To 1500m3/hr (60Hz)
    • Heads: To 150m (50Hz), To 150m (60Hz)
